How to install root certificate with Internet Explorer

1. Click here to download the certificate.
2. The "File Download" dialog will appear. Please select "Open" to proceed.
3. The "File Download" dialog will close and the file will be transferred. After a short delay a certificate dialog will open and display the certificate. The certificate dialog will state that "This CA Root Certificate is not trusted". This is entirely normal. Do NOT click on "OK". Click on "Install Certificate" to install the certificate.
4. The "Certificate Import Wizard" will start and guide you through 3 stages:

1. Introduction - Please read and click on "Next" to proceed.
2. Certificate Store - Please select "Place all certificates in the following store" and click on "Browse" to continue.
3. Certificate Store - Please select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and click on "OK" and then click on "Next"to continue.
4. Completing the Certificate Import Wizard - Click on "Finish". A security warning dialog box will appear asking if you wish to ADD the certificate. Click on "Yes". A second dialog box will appear confirming that the installation was successful.

5. The original certificate dialog will be displayed, still stating that "This CA Root Certificate is not trusted". This is entirely normal and you may now click on "OK".
